ST-RS Automotive Ltd Terms & Conditions in affect from 01/04/2024

1a . ST-RS Automotive Ltd will not be held liable to any independent inspections unless complete by ourselves, Service partner or video evidence and a full diagnostics report is provided by a VAT approved garage.

2a . Within the first 30 days the consumer has the right to reject a vehicle if a fault is present and must prove it was there at the point of sale otherwise their refund request is invalid. If this isn’t the case, then the dealer (ST-RS Automotive Ltd) has one chance to repair the vehicle covering ONLY Engine & Gearbox faults.

3a . ST-RS Automotive Ltd do not cover any wearing parts and will ONLY Cover Engine & Gearbox faults within the first 30 days. After this period ST-RS Automotive are no longer liable to any Engine & Gearbox faults and these must be taken up with the third-party warranty provided. See (4a)

4a . All customers are provided with a free 3-month warranty with the option to extend. This warranty is not through ST-RS Automotive Ltd so ST-RS Automotive Ltd are not liable for anything they do / don’t cover. Referencing back to point (2a)  

5a . If within the first 30 days a vehicle is rejected and returned to us we charge 50p per mile covered from the point of sale by the customer. A 50 mile allowance is given from the mileage at the point of sale. 

6a . All ST-RS Automotive Ltd cars undergo a strict pre-sale inspection and all cars are provided with an inspection form signed by the customer and ST-RS Automotive.

7a . In an off premises sale within the first 14 days a customer has the right to reject a vehicle without reason. A mileage charge will be charged (see 5a) and collection of the vehicle via a car transporter will be also charged (see 2a)

8a . ST-RS Automotive Ltd will NOT cover any diagnostics fees or charges

1b . ST-RS Automotive Ltd offer a nationwide delivery service including NI (See 2b) charging £2.00 plus VAT per mile (one way) via a car transporter or £1.00 plus VAT per mile (one way) to be driven directly to the customer.

2b . Delivery to Northern Ireland costs £2.50 plus VAT per mile (one way)

1c . Reserve any of ST-RS Automotive Ltd stock for 5 working days via a £250 NON REFUNDABLE deposit, after this 5 day period if the vehicle hasn't been collected the deposit will no longer be valid and the vehicle will be put back up for sale. 

2c . Full payment must be received from the customer to ST-RS Automotive Ltd before the vehicle can be released to the customer

3c . Full payment must be received prior to delivering a vehicle. If payment isn’t received then the vehicle will not be delivered.
